What is the process?
Getting to know you
After you book with us, we’ll send you an in-depth questionnaire that will allow us to understand what’s at the heart of your business. It will help us capture what makes you and your business unique. It will allow you to share your current website woes and what you'd like your new (or first!) website to do for you. This will be used as the foundation for our entire planning process.
Picturing it
You may have noticed that all of our websites feature big, bold images taken on site at our clients’ locations. Featuring you, your staff and your work site is a crucial ingredient for our sites and exactly what sets us apart from other website builders. Our award-winning, in-house photographer will come for a visit that usually takes several hours, capturing everything that makes you unique!
Building it
Then the fun begins! We build your site, using your input and ideas, together with the copy you provide and the photographs we’ve taken on site. Once we like it, we’ll give you access to private, password protected site. Then the refining process begins. From this point on, we will work together and continue tweaking the site until we have something you absolutely love.
Doing the nitty-gritty
This is one of the most important tasks, but the most boring one to describe: In this phase we’ll tie your existing social media accounts into your website. We’ll build you a custom 404 error page and add Meta Tags, following Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to encourage Google and others to start ranking your page ASAP. We’ll even create a Favicon for you.
Testing, 1, 2, 3.
You are happy? We are happy? It’s time for us to test your site. We will test every single page of your site on several different devices, from full screen desktop computers to Ipads and cell phones. We don’t rely on online simulations for this, we’ll do the real work instead.

THE ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN costs $3,900* and includes the following:
A COMING SOON page while we design your website
A fully customizable website built on the Squarespace platform including up to 10 sub-pages
We optimize and name all images, ensure your tag line, location and keywords are in all the right spots and write your search engine description for current Search Engine Optimization
All needed images will be taken by our award-winning, in-house photographer. The images will be taken at your job site and make you and your business/projects look great
The site will be designed for beautiful display and functionality on desktops, tablets and cell phones
The site will have SSL security and provide website metrics
We will link your domain to your website
A short training session in which we will show you how to manage and update your website
What is not included?
The copy/text. Nobody knows your business better than you! We’ll provide the road map, you’ll provide the content.
We will help you purchase a domain if you don’t already have one. Pricing depends on the domain's TLD. The domain name will accrue annual expenses of approximately $10 for you afterwards.
Are there any other expenses I should be aware of?
Yes! Hosting the website currently costs $216 per year.
